Magdalene on the Inside
Magdalene on the Inside is a reentry program for women incarcerated at the Tennessee Prison for Women. It was developed through a partnership between the Tennessee Department of Correction and a non-profit organization called Magdalene. Magdalene is a two-year residential program in Nashville for women who have survived lives of abuse, addiction, prostitution and trafficking.
Magdalene on the Inside is the first of its kind program inside a Tennessee correctional facility to help women heal and find their way home.
